You booked an appointment at 12:45 i moved it back to 1:15 because i already had an appointment at the time ..I was maybe 10 min behind for your appointment if that was a problem you could have easily DECLINED OR RESCHEDULED only reason i didn’t take a pic is cuz i have no storage on my phone ..sorry u wasn’t satisfied
