Expect to be sitting in the parking lot an hour after your appointment waiting for her to be ready because her “clients backed her up”. My appt was a...t 11am. I ended up never getting my haircut because I had to work at 1. I texted her at 11:50 asking how long the wait was & she chose to put 2 people and their kids in front of me. Then comes out to my car and asks me “why do you keep coming on days when u have something to do?”. I had to work at 1, and my appt was at 11am. Not sure how much extra time she needed but the whole point of appointments is that you can be organized with your clients which she isn’t. Her work is great. And a nice environment. But as a client that has always been on time/ Early, even texted when I would be late. It’s a disappointment for me because She’d rather have u wait hours to be seen without any communication & then blame her clients when it’s really her. In my opinion, she needs to put her foot down more and not let anyone just hop in chair when it’s not their appt time. I won’t be coming back. I’ll miss the haircut but not the service 💯. She does her clients dirty!! Oh, and we won’t even talk about the time she forgot her key to the shop at home and had to drive back to the house to get it💀💀💀 But I’ll stop here. I’m fed up Show more
