Micro link Removal Traditional Install

Hair style wasn’t completed and I want a refund! If the stylist was not understanding when trying to rectify a prior style that was not done with the ...right materials or full enough to begin with. You received full payment for services not completed $225 75+150= 225 you received full payment and then did not want to complete it you suggested to come to your house for you to complete the style today. and when I reached out this morning you were non responsive. $ 75 for a removal for a style that wasn’t done properly to begin with for a style that should have lasted 6-12 weeks but was not full nor were the proper tools used which I also paid $270 for. $495 within 4 weeks. I would like a refund and any photos or videos of me removed from your social media and business pages. This was not handled properly and if a customer should be able to get a situation resolved. It’s not about feelings it’s business. Show more

I am also sorry that your hair was not completed because you had to leave your appointment, which has nothing to do with me. I would have gladly curled your hair if the full payment was paid yesterday. No refund will be issued because YOU had to leave not me I was able to complete your services. Have an amazing day!!

This was my first time being serviced by Courtney and definitely won’t be my last! She was very professional from the first time I contacted her until... the end of my appointment AND we started AT the scheduled time. I received Tribal Braids in the front and Crochet in the back. I love how she sealed each strand of crochet hair after crocheting it in so it won’t come untied (My previous stylist didn’t do this). Easy to book with, easy to communicate with and I was asked throughout being serviced how I liked my hair to ensure it was being completed to my liking. I’ll definitely be back! Show more

I visited her salon for the first time in January on a last minute appointment for half up/half down sew ...in & under a time constraint & not only did she accommodate me & my schedule, she hooked me up!
