This barber lacks a good skill set to even cut hair, very disconnected while cutting my hair in his chair. This was my first time arriving at his shop... I was around 10 mins late no signs posted for late arrival fees, once I got there told him my dilemma he said his late charge was $10 dollars!!! Once he finished my cut I couldn't believe he had really started. I ended up a few days later after paying him $40 dollars reaching out to another barber to clean up what RJ messed up!!! Horrible experience never will return!!! Very disengaged, dishonest and again lacks the skill set to be a talented barber from what I experienced. Response to your reply...young man I've never left reviews based on bad experiences with a barber nor would I have to but you were the first you can continue to call me a liar but (very unprofessional) you and I know what really went down that day. I see you have mostly positive reviews that's good but I'll chalk that day up as a bad day and experience for you and myself! No one's perfect I definitely know I'm not and prayfully you can accept you're not as well. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors with your barbershop business. Show more

You came in 20 minutes late with no prior notice (until I texted you to ask if you were even still coming) no regard of my time, or other clients' time. Once you told me your dilemma, I waived the late fee. If you didn’t like the haircut, you should've told me so we could resolve it before you got out my chair. That's the whole reason we give you all the mirror at the end and ask if you’re satisfied. I have no problem addressing a client’s concerns about their hair, but how would I ever know if you don’t say anything? You just called me dishonest but how when you lied several times in that review? Next time just be honest about your haircut so I can fix it right then and there. 👍🏽
