About us

Thank you for choosing nails, The Losa Way! I run a laid-back, private studio. I have a crazy, sexy, cool vibe, and I absolutely love working on nails. In my spare time, I enjoy furthering my knowledge of nail services through continuing education classes, studying color theory, constantly watching YouTube to learn new techniques, and devoting time to view other nail art via images on Instagram and Pinterest. Fully sculpted nails are my specialty, and I like to build the extension straight from the nail bed. With regards to making an appointment, here's a few things to know before visiting my studio : Strictly Enforced starting June 10, 2019 Cash or Cash App Only BOOKING FEE - Fee is now $20. It is a nonrefundable deposit and it does go towards service. More than 15 minutes late will result in booking fee becoming late fee and will no longer count towards service. You may also have to reschedule appointment depending on availability that day. - Deposit must be paid via CASH APP $28TheLosaWay . - MUST BE DEPOSIT READY !!! - If deposit is not received within 24 hours of your appointment your appointment will be CANCELLED. No exceptions. - If you know it takes 15 minutes to get to the shop please leave with adequate time in advance! RESCHEDULING - Appointments can only be rescheduled once. - If second appointment is missed you will have to pay new deposit NO CALL NO SHOW - once you have done a no call no show you are required to put 50% of the service as your booking fee deposit in order to rebook! NO exceptions! - More than 2 no call no shows will be blocked from booking ever . HOW TO BOOK I do not take appointments via DM or private message. My booking site is the ONLY way to book . The site allows you to book 2 hours prior for same-day appointments and three weeks in advance for future appointments. New and Old clients are now responsible for booking your appointments with the links provided and required to pay the deposit otherwise you do not have an appointment! CREATIVE PROCESS I do my best to include clients in my creative process. My goal is for you to love your nails. If for any reason you are unhappy with your set, please let me know prior to topcoat or walking out of the shop. I will make adjustments accordingly. Once you leave the shop and you decide you do not like yours that no refund will be issued. • If you are unsure how to book an appointment, email me a reference photo or provide some details regarding the nail service.
