I booked an appointment for Thursday. I received a text and email, confirming my appointment. Unfortunately, Maurice did not show up. I waited for 30 ...minutes and tried contacting the number listed on this app. The number did not work. I called the shop but there was no way to leave a message. What really makes it disappointing, is that my father scheduled an appointment and just came home from getting his hair cut, their! I emailed Maurice to express this. I was waiting to leave a review, just in case I received a message back, expressing why no one was there. No message. Show more

First time haircut fee was not honored. Ended up paying $30 instead of the advertised $20. Also not exactly the haircut I asked for and barber seemed ...to not really care about the haircut pictures I showed him. He was not able to fade out my thinning hair spot. My barber in Detroit has been fading this same spot out for twenty years. Show more

I'm sorry to hear you we're disappointed with my services. But in the future you can let your barber know so that could have made adjustments and fixed the Haircut easily. I didn't get the opportunity. and the picture you showed me didn't show the back of your hair so I did what thought looked nice and ask you did you like the cut and you never mentioned you wanted adjustments made. But again my apologies sir. First time Customers cut are only for basic cuts, even all over cuts... if we have to fade the cut or use shears etc... then its regular price...sorry for not explaining it to you...✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
