Draua was very patient, through with the washing, transparent about price, gentle with my hair, and there was no wait to be serviced for my scheduled ...appointment time. My last loc specialist didn’t do a great job and Draua basically also fixed what the other person messed up. She also asked for consent to take photos which I really appreciated. I am in month 3 of my starter locs. I will be returning for my retwists. Show more
