Waited almost an hour and received no haircut. I understand running behind. We made an appointment for 0945, showed at 0935, and had to leave at 1030 ...for an 11 appointment previously made. If you only give appointment holders 10 minutes of a grace period to show, perhaps notify those that show up early that you are running 45 minutes behind schedule. Show more
