My natural hair was not handled with care. Knots were ripped harshly, rather than detangled professionally as providers typically are from my experien...ce. Unfortunately, there were more than a couple other issues as well. It is not my intention to slander any black woman owned business’, therefore I won’t comment further on the issues I experienced. I did not want to make this review, but I would have appreciated knowing this before I booked, so I feel obligated to do so. I hope her customer service improves after reading this; the end result was very nice. Even still, the health of my hair will always be my priority while being serviced. All in all, I will not be returning, nor will be recommending her services moving forward. Take care, and good luck. Show more

I kept in constant commun...ication with Pinky's Fingers leading up to getting my hair done so that I could have the right hair for the style. All i told the stylist was that it needed to blend and that I trusted her. The result made me ❤️. My husband told me I looked sexy, and my friends said it knocked years off my face. Thank you!!!
