My natural hair was not handled with care. Knots were ripped harshly, rather than detangled professionally as providers typically are from my experien...ce. Unfortunately, there were more than a couple other issues as well. It is not my intention to slander any black woman owned business’, therefore I won’t comment further on the issues I experienced. I did not want to make this review, but I would have appreciated knowing this before I booked, so I feel obligated to do so. I hope her customer service improves after reading this; the end result was very nice. Even still, the health of my hair will always be my priority while being serviced. All in all, I will not be returning, nor will be recommending her services moving forward. Take care, and good luck. Show more

My hair was rushed and I asked for a small/ medium and I got medium/large. My edges were braided as well and started falling out with the full braid o...n their own after a week or two. I didn’t even get boho because I had changed my mind and was still charged 250. Very disappointing since I’ve been going here periodically since 2019. Not sure if I was taken seriously as a client.
