Jillian is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about current hair coloring techniques and styles. I had previously over processed my hair at... a different salon, trying to achieve a light blonde look from a very dark red. I had to cut it significantly to get a lot of the damage out. I have let my hair grow for over a year with minimum processing (one partial several months ago). I explained my concerns to her and she walked me through my options, and created a plan to get the look I wanted with minimal (I haven't noticed any as of now) damage to my hair. My hair turned out BEAUTIFUL and feels amazing. She was able to recommend some products to help maintain the look and health of my hair moving forward. I am so happy with how it turned out and I HIGHLY recommend her for any of your coloring needs. :) Show more
