We booked an appointment via Booksy, and we arrived on time until we were told that the reservation isn't accurate because we need to book with them d...irectly. They told us to wait for almost 2 hours until there's an available barber or come back the next day. We just decided to leave and not come back. If their Booksy option is not reliable, then they better get rid of that option because the reason why we book an appointment is to secure it, and not to arrive there and have them tell us that our appointment is not booked at all. Very disappointing. Show more
