This is my second time going to this barber shop and I was beyond disappointed this time around. I had an appointment at 11:45 AM and wasn’t seen til ...more than an hour later. I understand that it’s near Christmas time, so it’s bound to get busy, but no one communicated when I would be seen. Whenever I asked when I would be seen, they told me soon and I then had to wait 30 more minutes to then be finally be seen. My haircut disappointed me as well. I showed the barber a picture of what I wanted and described what else I wanted done, and didn’t get at all what I asked. To start off, he apologized once he finished with the haircut and mentioned that my barber back home (I’m out of town visiting) could do more of what I wanted. He also mentioned that he tried his best to replicate the photo I showed him and mentioned I wasn’t specific enough in what I wanted. To me, it felt like he was trying to finish my haircut just to get me out of the way to deal with the other people waiting in the lobby. I do however appreciate that he took $5 off my total since I was waiting so long. Again, I’m just really disappointed since I had a great experience last time I visited here and not to mention that the past barber did such a great job. Hopefully next time I visit, I’ll have a better experience. Show more

Brandon was my barber. And to say im beyond impressed would br an injustice to him amd an understatement. My first time to this outfit, and i live on ...the eastside. Well worth the 30 min travel. Will definitely be back for, and because of Brandon. Bro spent like 30, min just getting my sides shaved to skin. Lined the fade up perfectly.
