Absolutely amazing experience. Although I showed up approximately 15 minutes ahead of schedule, Shanta was ready for me. We sat and talked about my m...icro-loc journey, her loc experience, the health of my hair, and the services she provides during the re-tie session. I didn’t feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. I was way overdue for a re-tie and hoping for a quick availability, she was able to accommodate me within a few days after the consultation, which I greatly appreciated. This was my very first re-tie with Shanta. I was a transfer client that recently moved to Texas and needed a local Loctician. Flying back to my home state to get my hair re-tied was no longer feasible for me. I am so grateful that I found her. Definitely my new Loctician moving forward. Don’t hesitate to book her.
