I didn’t get my hair braided after booking days in advanced. My booking was confirmed. I drove from Randolph to Dorchester in heavy traffic just to wa...lk in for my appointment and I got nothing but stares in confusion. They don’t use Booksy even though they confirmed my appointment on here. So don’t waste your time booking your appointment on here with their business because they don’t use it and I wasted gas and my time. Show more

Terrible. I traveled all the way from South of Boston to get to my 1:00pm appointment and when I arrived at 12:42pm, I was informed that they were una...ware of my appointment and that "Booksy messed up". I was very disappointed as I was preparing to travel out of the country. I am now forced to take my business elsewhere. Show more

Edit: I had to update my review score. I’d give them a 1 or 2 star for recent experiences but my first experience was great. Ever since, they don’t se...em to respond to Booksy appointments and when I tried calling the owner just asked me to text her a photo of the style I was looking for and never responded. Way too much of a hassle to schedule for my taste. Original review: Christy was amazing! I was really nervous coming in (I’m early in a MTF transition and had a horrible experience somewhere else) but she immediately made me feel at ease and exuded great vibes throughout the appt. My box braids turned out exactly like I asked and lays perfectly - I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! Show more

The owner is a very friendly lady. Your braids will come out NICE. I expect compliments at this point when she does my hair lol. She provides hair so ...u don’t have to go thru the hassle of finding/getting the type the hairdresser wants. Pre wash ur hair before u go. Thankfully my kinky 4c hair she lets me keep product in it Bc these hairstylist tell u know product like.. I’m doing u a favor by leaving some product in... anyways she’s amazing and tries to be conscious of tightness. Show more
