Never have had a bad experience here! I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and love this place! They always take good care of me! Emma and the gentle...man who sits next to her slayed my nails! The person that did my nails was very aggressive, pushing my hands around not asking me to move them. She also hit a few of my fingers with a tool cau...sing pain. She did not ask me if my nails were the correct length before finalizing them so I did not have a chance to say anything for them to be corrected. I was also overcharged as the price online does not match what I was charged. I have been going here for two years now, never had a problem with anything or being over charged. However, the past two months have made me want to go somewhere else. The care of some workers is no longer there after the owner is no longer present like before. Show more

They don’t seem to go by appointments. I made one but it was well past it before I was taken back. I think (hope) my person was a bit new. She was sup...er rough on my nails and just kind of ignored the picture of what I wanted. She added designs even after I had said no. I am just going to chalk it up to a language barrier as I noticed “Sarah” had issues with understanding her as well. There’s definitely a bunch of flaws but I just don’t have the time or energy to go back. I will just go back to my previous place. Pictures of the flaws and a pic of what I asked for. Show more

Majority of the time my nails turn out great but the last 2 times I've gone, I have gotten the same lady and my nails were uneven both times and have ...dealt with them breaking. The first time I got this person two of my nails cracked where the tip of the nail was placed within that first week, like halfway across the nail and they were uneven and bulky. But I went back to get them fixed and change my color , I got the same lady and she put new tips on those two nails and changed my color, she burned me twice this time and all my nails are a different length. Ontop of that its been 9 days and I was doing my dishes and the one tip that was "fixed" just fell clean off. And my thumb nail is cracking on the side. I have always enjoyed coming here, I sometimes bring my daughter to get hers done, But after this I probably wont return because I dont want to run into the same issue for a third time and nails in general arent cheap let alone having to pay to keep getting them fixed.
