She never showed up for the appointment. I was there waiting. I hope Booksy didn’t charge me because I never got my service. REVISED: Vickie contact...ed me after that day and let me know that she was having problems with her phone and she didn’t know that I had booked. Also she let me know she moved to a new location. Because of the inconvenience she said she would take off money to change the first review i left when I come in. We rebooked for 2/10 at 1pm 2/10: Today I did get my hair pressed and trimmed byVickie. This morning she confirmed the wrong time but let me know it was her mistake. My appointment was for 1pm but she was behind so I didn’t get seen til after 1:30. She had my hair looking like it was relaxed, but I put 4 stars because of the timing issue. I really value my appointment being ontime as I have to hire a sitter when I’m out so I won’t be returning to Vickiebut I can say if time isn’t an issue you can have her have your hair looking good. This stylist is very professional. She began me early since a client was late and was able to accommodate us both. I drove 2 hours and 20 minutes for... her services. The place is nice inside very comfortable. She is very hygenic. Cleaned sink and tools between clients....trust me most arent doing this. Big win. Will be back every two weeks to repair damage ive been battling for years now. I am actually a survivor of an attack.....they broke in my house repeatedly and deliberately made my hair fall out by putting nair in my products. The whole town knew and laughed (including police and churches in a small town) and i didnt walk around without being attacked or watched for years where i lived. Vicky didnt know ive been out only few times out since then. Think Vicky is the solution to total wellness. . Using her Protein treatments and throwing all my products out. Letting vicky take the wheel! Was able to get serviced on a holiday too...the same day booked!!!. Call her...u will be satisfied. No excuses... I received so many compliments on the strip after her work. So much eye contact after many years struggling with hair....I wasnt used to. I felt so good. People stared in a good way. 👍 She increases your pull factor! Smile. Wish i had photo. I looked like a starlet. Show more
