Been going to Augusta for about two years. I initially thought she was very sweet. As time goes on, I see that she is very negative. Here are some dir...ect feedback for Augusta. 1. Please stop criticizing people’s hair (your hair is this and your hair is that) Some people don’t like that. Sure, you can tell a client that thier hair is damaged and offer up a solution to fix it and If they refuse, just let it be. No one wants to hear you constantly having something negative to say about their hair. 2. Stop getting offended because a client said they don’t like their hair; things happen. Offer up a solution to fix it and if it will cost more, let the client know. Some people would be willing to pay extra to ensure that they are happy with their hair. 3. Stop the barber (from downstairs) from intimidating your clients. Talking about “if you (Augusta) has a problem with someone just let him know. He’s got your back and will take care of things”. This is not a good look. It’s unprofessional and his behavior will run away good clients. Also, I wonder if he (the barber) says the same things around your white clients🤔. 4. Pricing—please update Bosky to truly reflect your price. I booked an appointment that was advertised as $100 and then was charged $140. I was fine with paying the amount, as the service reflected the price. However, another client may not feel the same way. There are some other issues with respect to the environment, but overall, the service has been good. That’s why I gave her 4 stars. Show more
