Great experience! When I walked in, I was greeted warmly. We discussed my goals, consent forms and the good faith process. We then went over the servi...ces I wanted. Emma was thorough in explaining what to expect during the service and most importantly, post-procedure along with aftercare recommendations. I chose an eyebrow lift, crow's feet removal, lip flip and lipo shots to my stomach and arms. During each procedure, Emma made sure to check for comfort/pain and even adjusted the thermostst and lighting when appropriate. I followed up a week later and received cavitation therapy and had yet another, timely, thorough experience. I'm a big fan of professionalism and customer service. I asked questions about certain procedures and she was honest if she thought it wasn't necessary, or I could get better or less expensive results. I really dont write reviews to this degree, ever.
