Unprofessional,late reply,reschedules you more than once. Even running behind , but when you run late they don’t like it. She must’ve needed that 10$ ...deposit. : plus she won’t mention how many times she confused me by rescheduling and responding super late. It was time for my appt and she sent the address only 30 mins before and I’m 30 mins away. Trying to respond all sweet for the review the only professional part. Show more

Hey love we rescheduled you due to you being more than 15 minutes late. Usually we cancel out appointments at that time however we gave grace and allowed a complimentary reschedule however , we can not allow other clients to be inconvenienced due to prior clients not arriving on time . You were 44 minutes late to your rescheduled appointment as well so we went ahead and canceled your appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience it has caused but we must stand firm on our policy .

I drove 35 mins for a consultation that i paid $10 for. At first i followed the map that Booksy provided and then when i was 20mins out i got a text f...rom the Stylist with a different address that led me to an Apartment Building. There was no sign of where the salon was. I walked around just to be sure and nothing. Customer service is zero, communication is a zero and clearly there was no "shop" so i feel like i was scammed. Will not recommend or book here. Show more
