Iβm sorry that you experienced that with our salon, we strive to provide great service however you reached us at 7/8am and our business hours state we open at 9:30am , however by the time we opened you already posted on Facebook telling people not to book and that we stole from you however our policy states NO REFUNDS for SAME DAY CANCELLATION. You did not give us time to fix your issue your appointment wasnβt until 6pm dear . But thank you for the review have a blessed day .
