Hey love we rescheduled you due to you being more than 15 minutes late. Usually we cancel out appointments at that time however we gave grace and allowed a complimentary reschedule however , we can not allow other clients to be inconvenienced due to prior clients not arriving on time . You were 44 minutes late to your rescheduled appointment as well so we went ahead and canceled your appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience it has caused but we must stand firm on our policy .

There was a must have been a big misunderstanding based on our previous reviews we can assure you that we are not a scam. We received no calls or texts regarding finding our unit . We reached out to to make things right by offering a reschedule or even a refund or a discounted service however all efforts where rejected by you . We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and hope that in the future we can serve you .

We apologize that you are not satisfied with our services however , you contacted us at 5:30 lpm in regards to your concern. We requested pictures to further assess the issue as well as for documentation . You told us you where working and could not provide them at that moment (6:30pm). We allowed you additional time to provide us with document by 9:00pm. You refused to do so & told us you would wait until the morning after your shift (which that would be another shift if possible sweating and worsening of the lifting) we wanted assess the issue at its condition it was currently in. We understand this is your first time getting a wig so you may be unfamiliar with how to maintain your install. You reported to us that you did indeed sweat a lot and that may have been the cause. We do offer rejuvenations for $65-$75 depending on the unit being rejuvenated. All clients go through a PULL TEST (tugging of the unit with force to ensure it is secure) before exiting our facility. We are not responsible for issues with installs due to excessive sweating, oily skin, or lack of proper maintenance. However we strive to ensure clients are satisfied & have no problem assessing issues and correcting them free of cost if we find that it is an error on our behalf. Thank you for your review.
