My technician Raysa was very kind and accommodating to my mobility issues. The problem I had and the reason I won’t return is the cleanliness aspect.... I didn’t like seeing nail clippings and cuticle gunk that stands out so prominent on the burgundy towels that’s used. Maybe a white towel would look better for that issue. Didn’t like seeing that for the customer sitting next to me or even my own. I didn’t like the idea of using the scrubber for calouses on my foot and then emptying the contents in the water My feet were sitting in. Gross!! And then there’s the file that was used. It looked like it had been used on every foot in the whole city of Tampa. It didn’t look clean. I have a very bad toe that has a fungus on it and she was wiping underneath that toe and then going onto the next toe with same tool and that’s like spreading fungus stuff so that’s what I didn’t like and is the reason I won’t return. Claudia is super detailed and her mani/pedis always last me at least 4 weeks. If you're looking for quality and clean beautiful nails give this shop a... try. For the mint green nails the one where the nails are grown out was 5 weeks after she did my gel mani (look at the pinky) is an example of how quality Claudia's work is. Show more
