This was the second time I’ve had a horrible experience booking this nail tech every time it was an excuse the first time she claimed she had a family... issue as soon as it was my appointment time a year ago and when I showed up to my appointment yesterday, she told me she don’t know how I was able to book her book was closed when I had confirmation that I had an appointment with her yesterday that is very unprofessional of someone back to back me as a first time client. Then goes to ask me can I come tomorrow or Monday? If I send you confirmation for my appointment that I do have you should’ve accommodated me yesterday and stop what you were doing because I booked with you a week prior to my appointment. Show more
