The reason im giving him 1 star is for bad customer service, had my appointment at 6pm got there 5 50 and he started cutting my hair at 6 30 , 30 minu...tes waiting but if you can cancel he charge $20 , he should charge his customers for being late or cancel their appointment. The fact he never acknowledged that he was super late got me mad . Show more

Soo before we started the haircut I told you I was late and apologized due to another client coming in late and pushed my schedule back. I finished the hair cut and you asked me if I could take some money off and I told you I would take 10$ off of the haircut which would make it 30$. Then you said no I’m going to give you 20$ which is half of the haircut price. You were trying to find a way to get a haircut for free or cheaper because you have done this before.
