Made an appointment online, showed up at the shop, and was told Kai wasn’t in yet. After the appointment time passed, was told by the other barbers t...o call him. After reaching him, was informed he was behind and wouldn’t be in for at least an hour. Cancelled and was refunded, but wasted trip. To respond: Thank you for the apology, but your timing is incorrect. The appointment was booked 35 minutes ahead if you check the email confirmation - 11:55, not ‘the moment I walked through the door.’ Was not a walk-in. Booked in advance, got ready, traveled to the shop, and you called after the appointment time had passed. Things happen, but was left hanging. I appreciate the fast refund. But I don’t appreciate heated personal texts the next morning about leaving a factual review, saying I could have communicated “as a man” instead. That’s inappropriate communication for a business.
