After waiting 15 minutes past our confirmed appointment time, Marcel then informed me on how i'd have ...to wait additional time for him to cut another man's hair sitting just beside me. I then informed him on how we had a confirmed appointment now over 20 min ago. It is very unacceptable and unreliable for anyone with a basic schedule. Show more
