I had the worst experience with this business. Very poor communication skills. Rescheduled 3 times and still didn’t get my hair braided. This person l...iterally dodged me the whole time. If you need to have your hair done asap or last minute I would not try this person. Go to someone who’s way more established. Show more

I had a very disappointing experience today. I booked an appointment and waited for 25 minutes without any communication. After I left, she called and... offered to make it right, explaining she was coming from McKinney and would take about 45 minutes to arrive. Since I admired how she called and apologized and wanted to make it right, I decided to wait and give her another chance to make it right. I waited for an hour and called her twice with no answer or return call, not even a text. Overall, I wasted 3 hours trying to book an appointment, not to mention the drive I had to make to get there. I understand life happens,but communication is key. ALWAYS. Extremely poor customer service! Show more
