Steven did an excellent job on my nails. So even though my nails are nice, I notice that I actually got charged for deluxe pedicure w/ gel polish inst...ead of the deluxe pedicure I scheduled. Even though my feet already messing up. I was charged 83 for full set and my nails are short w/ a French don’t know how much they really charge for that! But I probably won’t be back. Show more

This is the worst nail job I have ever had. Walking in to this place is the biggest mistake . The design I asked is from their instagram and when I sh...owed the picture to that guy he looks confuse and need to ask the other lady how to do it . during the process he even need to look at the Video on the phone … come on , if you don’t know how to do the design just say it and I will go with simple color instead of this shitty design!!! The shapes are uneven and I couldn’t wait to remove the nails !!! You done This shitty job and have no shame to charge me $90 before tips !! Show more

Been coming here for 7 months now- last experience didn’t sit well with me. I did a simple dip powder - all solid colors no design. I called Vanny sam...e day about 2 hours later saying I didn’t like the color that was chosen and if i can come to get it changed to white. Made an appt for 2 days later. This is probably my fault for not clarifying or asking the price beforehand. I was under the impression because I had just paid for a new set, I wouldn’t be charged to fix or it would be something small like $5 or $10. When she finished, she told me to go wash my hands. I come out & her worker tells me it’s $20. (She used color gel to paint 6 fingers white on top of the old dip powder.) She didn’t even tell me the price herself. When I drove past the storefront 2 minutes later after leaving, she’s back outside. If I had known it would be $20, I would’ve just got a whole new color gel set or just waited two weeks to fix it. Yes, I should’ve asked but she should’ve been upfront w me about the price also. I always tip 20% or more so this experience makes it feel like she doesn’t care about my business. Will not be returning. This review is so let customers know to always ask about price so you’re not blindsided! Especially if you’re returning to fix anything. Show more
