The first appointment she was an hour late, she said it was traffic. I didn’t make a big deal about it and she did a good job on the braids. The secon...d appointment was for a touch-up on the knotless braids. I waited 45 minutes & left. I understand life can be busy but you have to be respectful of people’s time. I try to support local small, black businesses but unfortunately not this one. Show more
