Booked service for my daughter prom I was happy with my daughter hairstyle until I seen a big burn mark on her forehead from this lady doing my daught...er hair. I was told Tia was talking on the phone when she had the pressing comb in her hands. Not sure I wasn’t there but when I text Tia about the burn mark she said it was an accident and offered to refund me 25 dollars back i paid 120 and gave her a tip. Short story :Tia told me I’ll get my money back in 3 business days and I still haven’t received it. I don’t recommend her bad business, you can keep the 25.00! Poor service!! Show more

Once again I do apologize I’m not sure what happened with sending the refund but I did put in the request to send it back. I’ve been so busy I didn’t even go back to check I apologize, i would have no problem sending it in a different form of payment, maybe cash app, but I did see you said you no longer want the $25 I completely understand I was not on my phone at that time, it most definitely was an accident and I do apologize again.
