I also had some areas in m...y head where the hairs were short, but she managed to get them braided. The atmosphere was very comfortable, felt like I was right at home. She’s also very understanding when it comes to not wanting to talk the whole time through the appointment. 10/10 would recommend her to anybody wanting their hair done! 💞 Show more

First and foremost thank you for doing an awesome job on my bob. I gave Ms. Rae a 4 because of time. Our virtual consultation was great. She made me f...eel comfortable and that’s always plus. My appointment was at 9. I was on time and she didn’t start until 9:30. She was supposed to be done at 3:45 but didn’t finish until 6. I freed my whole day so I was good but for others it may have been too long. I will admit even with my length that I’ve had it done quicker. But Ms. Rae as a person and a stylist, hunni SUPERB! She checked with me throughout. Patient! Kind! Her place was clean. It smelled nice. She had entertainment. We took a break for lunch. Self care is important! She was clear with how she did things and her policies. I love a woman who lets you know what to expected!!! She knows her worth!! I LOVE THAT FOR HER!! Go Queen! Also I tipped her because no one should do work as a service to others without being tipped!!!! And my hair looks AWAZING! I will be back! Why was the style I just got updated to a higher price than what I paid yesterday lol Keep going queen you on the right track! GO BOOK NOW! Update: my hair is uneven. I never declined. I didn’t have a chance to respond yet. Update: I should have checked my hair because it is uneven all around and it’s a bob! 🥹 and I reached out to tell the stylist and she said it would be an additional charge even though she advised I would be able to wear the bob in the middle, left or right. After I explained that it would be unprofessional to charge additional money when she advertised one thing and changed it when I got there. She said sorry no charge and offered to come back. Once I saw the response I offered to update my review again and come back but she blocked me. So with all of this I would go at your OWN RISK.
