Gel pedicure

I waited almost an hour after my confirmed appointment time for them to finally start my service. The paint I left with is patchy. I also believe that... they didn’t properly sanitize the tools and my toes are inflamed now (hopefully not infected but I think they are..). If I could give 0 stars I would. The ladies were nice but it’s a terrible salon. Show more

Hello Melissa. I'm sorry you got that bad impression of the salon and I want to apologize since we are new to Booksy and the 22nd was a difficult day since we were missing 2 employees. Likewise, a thousand apologies for what happened. we are here to improve the service
