First time I took my Lhasa Apso to Pampered Pooch. My first impression of Kori after meeting my Gina is that I noticed she immediately made a point o...f getting Gina to be comfortable with her and her surroundings since my dog was a little apprehensive and not showing a desire to get out of our vehicle. When Gina got out of the vehicle Kori took her leash and Gina was busy checking out this new experience. Once Gina seemed comfortable and after discussing the type of puppy cut I was looking for with Kori I left her in the wonderful care of Kori. When I picked up Gina a few hours later I was greeted by Kori's partner Jake and my very beautiful pup. Gina was well groomed and her puppy cut actually made her look just like a new puppy although she is 1-1/2 years old, Kori and Jake really took good care of her. Jake said she was very good and responded well when the Dremel tool was used for her nails. Nails on dogs are always a challenge but she did great. Pampered Pooch will have my business on a regular basis from now on. Their pricing is very reasonable and affordable and I truly appreciate how well they treated and handled my put Gina. Mahalo, for doing such a great job. I don't have a pic since I'm writing a review on my PC but I will text a picture to Kori and Jake for them to share. By the way, my 15 yr. cat Punkin didn't recognize Gina when I brought her home and hissed at her when he first saw her. LOL. He thought I brought a new dog home. We're very happy with our pup and very grateful for the care and styling expertise from Pampered Pooch. Show more

Jake and Kori were wonderful, they met me at the gate asked how I liked my dog groomed and what she was sensitive about and were so nice and professi...onal that I had no qualms about leaving her there.
