I reached out to Dave regarding my sons hair cut(low cut fade). I explained my son has a track event coming up and would like if he could correct the ...cut before then ( service was done on a Saturday and I reached out Tuesday) I was not rude about it at all but was ignored anyway. I am now having to go to a different barber to get the patch of hair left in the middle of my sons hair fixed! 2 stars for professionalism and cut 👎🏽 Edit: I will say Dave did get us in the same day I reached out, which is why I don't understand why I was ignored when I brought the matter to his attention...
