UPS and downs. Kiarra pushed our appointment back 30mins. Which was fine, she gave me a couple of hours heads up. But when we arrived she was still bu...sy, not that big of a deal. But what I didn’t see anywhere on her page or the booking is that you must bring your own hair. It actually states that 3 bundles are included and there will be an additional charge for bundles. So my back against the wall we had to find hair at the last moment. She is quick and the style was beautiful, I will give her that. But if I knew the actual price ahead of time I wouldn’t of booked. There is no wash, no blow dry, and no hair, ummm so I’m just paying for the sew in, then why all the up charges. I’m all for paying people their worth and she does a beautiful job but I think stylist are getting out of hand with the prices without anything included. I paid about $500 for a 14 year old girls sew in. She does love her hair so I thank you for that. Show more

Well as you know I am very pregnant and had just gotten out of the hospital. Instead of canceling I pushed your time back to give myself extra time to get myself together because you made it clear that she had an important event. My booking site states that you are allowed up to three bundles under the price listed. However I understand that perception is key and you understood it differently than most. I’ve been a stylist for a decade so I’ve worked and trained my way up to my pricing ( still not the most expensive) there are plenty of stylists and hair brands that I can recommend you to who are much less expensive. Glad she loved her hair sweet girl❤️

The atmosphere was a 7/10. Loved the decoration, the suite was very nice. My only concern would be the professionalism & making your client feel welco...med. Not only was my appointment rescheduled from 11:00 am to 1:30 but I didn’t get in the chair til 2:30 didn’t get out of the chair until 5:30. It took almost 4 hours to do a sew in with a closure. Kiara did tell me not to worry about paying extra for curls since she had me in the chair all day, which I did not feel like was an accommodation. I’m not new to sew ins & I know the first couple of days your head will be a little tight but my hair is tighter than normal. Like the thread is pulling Overall I really loved the way my hair came out she did an amazing job. I would say just work on being more professional & consider being on time for appointments just like she would want us on time to avoid late fees. Show more

The client before you had a ton of hair and got a versatile style (which requires me to style the ton of hair ) which in itself takes more time and she purchased a texture that required me to blend the ton of hair in (as I’m sure you would’ve wanted me to do for you) all of which are out of my control. I did my best to estimate how long id run behind. As far as tightness i checked in with you multiple times and you said everything was fine. I could've easily cut and resewn some thread along the perimeter. Sorry for your experience, I’m glad you loved your hair💕

Canceled appointment last minute. Stated that I would be refunded immediately. It’s almost a whole month later and I still haven’t received my deposit... back. I’ve reached out two times and still no response. If I canceled last minute I would have been charged. No matter what the situation was. Very unprofessional. Please make this situation right.
