Overall both my kids hair cuts are really nice. I gave only one star because the trouble with locating the location, how long he took and the second h...air cut wasn’t anything close to what my son asked for. The address on booksey took me to a completely different location. So I was late by 15 minutes. Nothing says this barber shop is at his house so it’s confusing. His time slots are for 30 minutes but for both hair cuts it was over 2 hours. I kinda want a refund because My older son was upset because the barber didn’t do anything of what the picture showed. :( Show more

Highly recommend for ladies short cuts. Was able to get a same day appointment. The barber asked questions and was able to give my a sharp hairstyle....

There's no contact information for this business. I used the direct link in the booksy app to try and call my Stylisto let them know that I was sent t...o the wrong place I was running a couple of minutes late and if they can maybe direct me to the right place but there is no contact information none none email not a link nothing but two Booksy so I had no idea what to do finally put in their physical address into a different room app on a different GPS app and was able to find the place but I didn't get there I was about 13 minutes late and it was locked up and there was nobody there nobody tried to contact me to see if I was on my way. The shop has a phone number posted outside so I did attempt to call there was no answer I left the message and explain to them what happened and ask him to please call me back as soon as possible because I really needed a haircut appointment and I would like to schedule for their next available. That was at 6:15 last night. I have still not gotten a reply. But they do want me to pay the full amount of the haircut i never had Show more
