First, I canceled my appointment for Thursday, July 13, since I couldn't go due to problems, she doesn't respond for many hours, I take an hour for Ju...ly 14, she later responds if I don't go, I'll lose my subscription, I which I do not cancel and I attend my first appointment on Thursday the 13th without losing my subscription, she accepts my appointment on Friday knowing that I am in her studio with her and in the end she sends the total charge without deducting her subscription, I ended up paying two subscriptions and my complete set, I send photos for your verification, I contacted her a lot and in days I had no answers or answer her phone, I need to return my money. You are a liar, in the end I never canceled the appointment because despite feeling in poor health I was the same and I could arrive safely at the time of my appointment, you changed my time for later and I have the photos, you still have not returned my money, it is unfair for me that you have made two charges and in person I asked if you had returned it and you answered yes. I called you and wrote you on the 14th and you just answered me on the 17th, don't lie, there is support for everything Show more

I answered you the same day and sent your return. This is unfair and inaccurate review. You were late and cancelled your appointment due to being out all night. I was considerate enough to still accept your appointment without fees. You've recieved several appointments from me and the ONE time you feel wronged you leave a BAD review. I’m not in this business to steal from you. I actually love what I do. Read my policy, FOLLOW THE Policy. PERIOD. Take your appointments elsewhere. Please post a picture of your return receipt too.
