For the past few years alone I have gone from 1 trauma to the next. Deaths, moves, health, relationship strains. It became too overwhelming for me. I ...realized I needed help if I was going to live. Monica is a real person who has everything one would wish and expect from a therapist! Plus sooo much more! Therapy has had its ups and downs especially when you start to deal with your traumas in a real way. I want to say that today, I know I’m worthy to be loved and to hold higher standards of how I allow people to treat me including me! Everyone should have therapy and have a Monica in their lives to help sort and help you step by step on your journey. I’d be exaggerating a tiny bit to say Monica “saved my life” but with some pharmaceutical help, along with my therapy and homework I no longer want to end my life. I have learned how to do what’s best for me!!! Thank you Monica for coming into my life and guiding me to do the work and teaching about self love and acceptance and boundaries! You are a treasure ! If you need a therapist for big or small issues Monica is outstanding!
