DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! My appt was originally booked at 2:30 pm. I called that morning to see if I could push it back to 3 pm due to family stuff etc, ...she agreed. So I’m driving to appt for 3 pm and she texts me at 2:45 pm that she will be 35 mins late due to someone else’s twist. So I’m like ok I’ll just wait when I get there. I get there at 3 and the she just started on the man’s hair. I had to leave by 6 pm so I thought 3 pm would be ample time to get my hair done. I sat waiting until 3:40 and she wasn’t even half way down with his hair. So I left! How do you originally a schedule me appointment for 3 but then just starting to work on someone’s hair. Even if I kept the 2:30 appt, it was 3:40 and she still had started my hair. I WASTED TIME AND GAS! she never apologized etc. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Show more

I totally understand your frustration. Let's be honest I was more than half way finished with his head. The twist did take longer than his original time slot due to the type of twist.
