My original appointment was at 10am with Nelly but she called me to reschedule less than an hour before my appointment for 11:30am. When I showed up a...t 11:30am she still wasn’t there so another stylist took me after I waited a little bit. I believe her name was Thelma and she was great. She made my experience enjoyable. My appointment was for 10:30am and i called because i was going to get there 5min after appointment time and they told me she was running behind and i... could maybe go to salon in 45min to a hour while i live 30min from salon so i wasted time and gas for nothing. I left my number so nelly could call me when she was done and ready for me and not busy to cut my hair but i never got a call back. Waited all day for call and since i never heard back i made a new appointment for Friday. Not sure why they make us do appointments on here if there not going to honor the times and person we book for. I only trust nelly with my hair and didn’t want anyone else doing it. Show more

Great job on the color. I am very pleased with the change. The process was rather lengthy but overall very satisfied. My haircut is another thing. I ...was not very happy. My hair was cut due to the bleaching time that damaged my hair. Using the scissors to thin my hair was not something I prefer, but I understand why it was done. I would have liked an honest answer when I asked if everything was fine. I know that some product was applied on my hair to help the dryness after she washed my hair. Again it would have been very appreciated if communication was open and honest, I have no problem with that. Show more

She is very knowledgeable on chemical mixing and maki...ng the adjustments necessary to get the color you want. She takes her time on each client and lots of attention to detail.
