I’ve never been one to like my hair after a cut or drastic change so going into the appointment I was nervous but Marcy just knows what will look good... and I gave her one picture and she made it come to life! You’re amazing and I would definitely recommend Marcy to anyone who may not have much knowledge of hair or any terminology! Marcy listens to understand what you want and if she feels you might look better with something different she is vocal and will give you suggestions ! The fact it doesn’t even let me do half a star is ridiculous. DO NOT get your hair cut by her especially if it’s your first time and you randomly choo...se Marcy by the previous cuts she posted. I asked myself did she go to school for this or a butchering class? And the fact she doesn’t want to make it right or refund me lol looks like she needs the money that badly. Very unhappy first time customer… Furious.. Please do better. Clearly you don’t have any profession in what you do!!!! A stylist who knows it all is the ones you continue to go to not run away from she’s not professional. She got offended when I told her what was wrong with her work if this is still a learning experience for you go back to school they do that there! Show more

Your complaint was addressed and I did offer to fix it as well as provided several options to satisfy your concerns. After your disrespectful comments to me I did then turn to refuse your business. I understand that as a new client the results may be slightly different from your previous stylist. If I could offer you some advise as a concession for your lack of satisfaction… as a professional stylist we are ALWAYS learning. A stylist that thinks they know it all is a stylist you need to stay away from. Good luck.

The attention to detail is unmatched! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the results are awesome! I love how patient she was with me, because the... amount of damage I was coming in with on my hair, was going to be a lot to work with and take a few sessions more.
