Glue is not included I do recommend Bold Hold the tube is much cheaper than the bottle and convenient for 1 time uses. You also need a bridge cap. This was my fourth appointment with Kee and I’ve never complained before the times she’s been late and I have the text to prove it. Yesterday it stor...med in Memphis and street lights were not working and you could barely see in front of you. Which delayed my arrival less than thirty minutes. I communicated accordingly. She text that if I didn’t arrive within the thirty minutes she’ll have to reschedule because she had a 4pm but I was pulling in and I said no problem. My appointment from Booksy confirms my appointment until 4:45pm. I’ve never complained about you being late or smelling like weed. The one time I was tardy because of a storm you made rude comments to me. I should have left. But what’s tacky is don’t ever take pictures of your paying clients and post in a negative manner. Treat people the way you want to be treated. And stop shaving people braids at the ends without asking. The ends are blunt and uneven when you do that! Unfortunately I have to add to my review after Kee thought it was professional to respond to a client review via telephone after midnight after seeing the poor review. Don’t send any more messages harassing me after midnight from different numbers. I still have all the previous messages from you texting about your late arrivals. And you were initially rude and reluctant to do my hair and I should have left. Lesson relearned. Go with your first mind. I would not recommend your services due to your unprofessional behavior. Now that I’ve blocked you from calling my phone number you want to argue with clients so here’s my last statement: services has never been discounted for the three previous times you were late. You’re being untruthful about the concern of the mixing hair as you wanted to say it would make you late for your next appointment at 4pm. Your now still trying to prove that you’re not lying or the fact that you were rude. Lying about on the post that you meant to say 5pm. After I defended my appointment time verification from Booksy 2- 4:45 pm then you reluctantly did my hair, grunted and made passive aggressive comments. At that point I put my earbuds in and tuned you out. Your 4pm client did show up at 4pm as you told them “I only have a few more braids” as you were finishing my hair. Again, proving you overbooked and is lying. My appointment was over by 4:30pm. Also you had hair available which I paid for the hair and for the services. You did nothing extra nor went above and beyond. You did the service that you were paid to provide. I treated you with kindness despite your attitude. We all from Memphis so we all know how to argue and I have time today to give a fair honest client review of the services provided. It was Sunday and I wasn’t trying to do all that extra back and forth with you after I fought a rain storm to make my appointment to be met with attitude and you trying to lie. So again, You are late frequently. You do smell like weed which is your choice. You did lie on this appointment therefore the review is an honest review of your professionalism and demeanor. You did unprofessionally call and text my phone after midnight. And your comments are proving my statements are accurate. After my appointment, I knew then I would never return as a customer. Sometimes as paying customers we don’t need to give stylist multiple chances to be tardy and unprofessional because they have a decent skill set. And I respect all stylist and their craft. I’m very confused because you left with friendly satisfying vibes. I appreciate all my clients for working with me as I do work with them therefore I don’t charge late fees at all. I never said anything rude to you, in fact I barely said anything at all. As in my correction I did mean to send you that I had a 5pm , not a 4pm. Which my client was waiting because you were late. To provide hair and supplies it’s $35 , to blend $20. I only charged her a extra $15 for it all. I worked with you completely. I have multiple reviews on how sweet I am and how my services are LOVED! I will not be PHASED by your “add on review” because I will always speak my mind and defend my business and im not ashamed about. After wanting your hair mixed which took me 30 extra minutes I still did it . The messages you have of me being late when I needed to use the restroom else where b/c the shop water wasn’t working and when I needed to eat my lunch after doing 2 heads. I have the same messages as well. my clients know I’m quick to discount if I’m late even though don't have to. I don’t charge late fees. I went above and beyond for your appointment with a discount. This a complete slap in my face And yes I smoke weed, I braid 8-18 hours a day, we’re grown, we all relieve in different ways. You put ear buds in because I started on your hair. My mind is blown about the dramatics in this review ! As I feel anything can be resolved, it wasn't. she left satisfied, I didn’t know we had a issue at all.
