I canceled 2 days ahead of time, but not in exactly 48 hours. I canceled 44 hours in advanced and was charged a cancelation fee plus I had to pay $30 ...for a haircut at the rescheduled time. I had high hopes Al would have worked it out with me, but he offered no resolution and didn't seem to care either. At the time of my cancelation I did not realize my cancelation was less than 48 hours until after I was billed. I later learned an email is sent to telling me of the cancelation deadline. I just realized this after the fact. Al, the barber said he couldn't do anything to help the situation and now I am stuck paying $54 for a little boy's haircut. Not a happy customer. Will not be returning. Show more

You’re reviewing my cancellation policy and not my skills as a barber. I’ve been cutting Dorian’s (your son) hair for over 2 years now and have always put in the effort to please you even though you don’t TIP me. I’ve given you a break the previous time you cancelled on me last minute and I even took your son when you were running really late and you still failed to take care of me with a tip. Now you’re giving me a 1-star review because you failed to read my cancellation policy? How was the haircut?

Been with Big Al since I was 17. He's been a trustworthy person to rely on when you need that haircut that will turn you into a 10/10 when realistica...lly you are a 4/10. With that being said, he hasn't disappointed me not once.
