Thank you for the review and I want to apologize about your dissatisfaction of my service. We've had the same conversations regarding the Hybrid gel overlay on your nails and that you wanted to save your natural nails. You complained that they were thick and wide. You also wrote about my bad attitude as well. I explained that to you when you were at my place. I said, the only way to make them look thin and straight ( no curl, no bend) is to use the E-file to cut from underneath of the nail tips and that would touch a little bit of the natural nails. It didn't mean I cut all off of your natural nails. Remember! When I was cleaning underneath your nails, I made that sure to do them gently, and you knew that. We talked about how to shape your nails, you showed me the nails that you shaped by yourself. They were cut off on both sides to make them look narrow. I said, I can't do that. As a nail tech, if I know it's not right, I should not do so. Towels - have many towels and they are the same. As you saw, not only do I use cloth towels, but I also use paper towels on top. And if you remember, I said, give me a few seconds to clean up the table for you, but now you say that I didn't wipe down the table. Again, I'm disappointed that you were not satisfied, but I want to make sure that your complaints were addressed. Thank you.
