This is top tier self-care!! I booked the 1hr slot and was extremely satisfied with my stretch session with Rod. I never thought I’d need this in my l...ife. My at-home stretches are nothing compared to the deep-stretch service performed. As a former professional dancer, martial artist, and current weight-lifter, I needed my muscles reset for a better performance. Rod is VERY professional and knows what he’s doing. The suite is very clean and sanitized and has a very comfortable atmosphere. I like how he combines stretching techniques with massages and uses up-to-date equipment for maximum results. I did a cardio-workout after my session and didn’t feel any sudden muscle cramps, which is a first for me. Very affordable and worth every dollar! I’ll be making this a bi-weekly commitment. Just show up in comfortable clothes and he’s got the rest! Show more

First and foremost I sit all day in a desk at work and train intensely 5-6 days out of the week so it’s no surprise that I have some aches and sorenes...s from it. But after visiting Reset with Rod it was a total turning point after one session 👏🏽. I was relaxed and pain free the entire time and with every new stretch I gradually felt my soreness melting away. At one point during the stretches Rod told me that he was trying to be creative with it because Im already so flexible. And let me say they were creative 🙌🏾. & were never thought of on my end ! After my session I went home took a nap and woke up with a better mood and no stiffness in my body. Will definitely come back again its essential for your health over all 👏🏽🔥 Show more
