Enrique was very informative about the whole process and what I should expect. I went from dark brown hair to silver and really like it. He also have me guidance for aftercare. He was nice enough, but he didn’t give me the cut I really wanted. He also did not inform me of the price of my cut beforehand. $75 dollars for a hair...dresser with less than 10 years of experience? I texted to book my appointment, and confirmed it here. I more than anything wanted all my split ends cut off. It had been a while since I got a cut due to Covid and moving. I also wanted the hair around my face layered to my chin, framing it. Sadly, I didn’t get the layers in the front I wanted, but the cut looked good enough after he did a simple blow out on my hair. During the cut he seemed distracted and caught up in the conversation, instead of paying attention to my hair! When he was brushing it out several times, he got it pretty tangled up too. He wasn’t very gentle and kind to my hair. Upon further inspection when I arrived home, I noticed my hair was still getting tangled and felt rough in a few spots. He left a LOT of split ends, which is extra disappointing because I specifically said I wanted him to cut it as short as he needed to, in order to rid my hair of all the split ends so I can get back to healthy hair again. He gave me no recommendations on products, no hair maintenance tips. Only when to get a hair cut again. I just feel very ripped off and disappointed with the whole experience. Show more
