I’ve gone to her a few times to get my hair done, and previously I had decent experiences. However, this visit was very disappointing. She arrived ove...r an hour late (about 1 hour and 15 minutes ), and throughout the appointment she was very distracted, engaging in ongoing conversations with a coworker and not paying attention to what she was doing. As a result, the quality of my service suffered. Several important steps in the installation process were missed, and the final result was not up to standard. When I reached out to express my concerns, instead of acknowledging the issues, she chose to go back and forth with me, which I found unprofessional. I value punctuality, focus, and accountability, especially in a service setting, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations
