Had confirmed appointment and never received a cancelation notice until I called because barber wasn't there and I really needed a haircut... No sense... in using app if not going to use it properly!!!! Why do I have a pending $25 charge for no-show if it was cancelled.... I did not get any notice of it being cancelled...... Show more

I did what I was supposed to as a barber hope the next person you go to do as you please , have a good day. (Had confirmed appointment and never received a cancelation notice until I called because barber wasn't there and I really needed a haircut... No sense in using app if not going to use it properly!!!! )This Was your official statement I called you hung up now saying I charged you stop it please stop editing your review you weren't never charged I have proof ! Send the other picture where it didn’t even transfer over and I have pictures of everything it asked because of the system it never charged you Booksy was never gonna take the money I was closed I don’t live in Hawaii I cut your hair once you talked trash about your last barber been in Hawaii 10years and can’t find a barber the barbers aren’t the problem clearly have a nice day again after changing this review 5 times
