Glow Queen Beauty Salon she was nice during our visit, but after an hour of leaving the shop we noticed some white stuff all in his head from the prod...ucts she used, people pay for a style to last at least two weeks or more, but having issues within an hour isn’t right. I immediately took pictures and sent them to her and she told us some ways to try to get rid of it, but my son wants to take it out because his birthday is in a couple days and this hairstyle was supposed to be one of his gifts. The stylist offered half off the next visit, but that’s not helping us now and the drive back home was 1 hr and 30 minutes, I feel my money, gas, and time was wasted. Again she was nice, but I would recommend she find and use another product that won’t leave all this white stuff in a customer hair within an hour or ever. Now she is lying saying my son health was damaged and oily and she washed it so how was it still oily, and she said his hair was nice and thick when we were in the shop, never oily or damaged until I wrote this review and he has had his hair done in years, plus it gets washed regularly. Now let’s post it all because I was trying to be fair, tell them you begged me to take down this review which is a true accurate review. The style looks nothing like what he wanted and the white stuff is in his hair, so who wouldn’t want a full refund, it’s clear you can’t do thick hair or the style he wanted, so now let me post the pic of the men stitch style he wanted, now where do you see men stitch braids in my son hair, but you see white stuff in his hair. The first picture is what he wanted and the last three pictures is what he got. She is lying again, you said none of this in your text to me about his hair so why did you agree to do his hair if it was so oily, you’re lying, you’re trying to save face so I’ll see you in court since you refuse to send me my money back I wasted on this mess. Future customers do not pay her using ApplyPay, pay her through your bank which is easier to dispute or you’ll be suing her too. Now I’ll be asking for more than I paid to cover court costs, lies, and wasted time, and suffering, you ruin my son birthday. You can’t do business with people with absolutely no customer service skills or accountability, that lies, lesson learned. Now I have an attitude because I requested a full refund ok lady you’re delusional. I even started my review off by saying she was nice when we were there and now we see the real you. Please stop reaching out to me, it’s no need to ever contact me again. Because I am forced to take legal action against you, please remove my minor son from all of your platforms including Booksy, I do not give you permission to post my son on any of your platforms and I do not give you permission to share my minor son photo with anybody. You have turned this situation into a hateful dishonest dishearten ordeal when you should’ve handled this like a grown woman, refunded me, and learned from your mistakes. Now I see in less than 6 months there are two other customers who also had a bad experience with her and her responses were rude to them as well and she didn’t fully refund one and she never refunded the other lady, this is so sad she’s this way, I pray she go take a customer service course, and take some more classes on becoming a better stylist, because she’s scamming people. She’s lying and claiming I am harassing her, you need to contact Booksy because every time I add to my review because it was not changed you’re lying again they auto send it to her, she hurt her own business again no accountability. She didn’t block me I blocked her it’s clear why Shamar the celebrity didn’t pay you, your words. She’s mad because she’s about to be sued, so hopefully she’ll stop doing people like this since I am the third person she has done this too in under 6 months. And no other stylist canceled on me, that stylist changed the appointment time and that didn’t work for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER!! Show more

You have changed your review 7 times you stated this wasnt to hurt my business this is clearly harassment .. i have over 400 very satisfied customers! Shamar didn't pay me because he was experiencing financial difficulties .i see now it is i will place this matter in Gods hands because honestly i dont know what else to do 🙏🏽 God wont let you take me to court because you know you are definitely wrong when i offered to redo his hair you signeda no refund policy that you signed so it wont stand in a court of law ... God knows im telling the the truth you are mad because i blocked you from harassing me! offered to redo i also offered to travel to you because of you saying you dont have ways of traveling .. im not a magician and your childs hair was nowhere near healthy as the desired style you sent me! your childs hair was in an unhealthy state which it was extremely oily even after a wash ... i require counseling before appointments ... you didn't book counseling ....i wouldve recommend a detox ... you were wanting me to serve him because a stylist in the area canceled your appointment last minute ... a sign for me not to service you . the products i used on his hair didn't cure well because of the unhealthy state his hair was in .booked 45 minute before the time requested. I have very great clients and i see now why your child doesn’t have a consistent stylist he explained it had been years since he last had his hair styled his hair is poorly managed and need better care.

At 12:4...7pm I texted to let her know my daughter and I are on the way and she said IN TEXT she can’t make 1pm and she booked another client for 2pm and don’t know why Booksy let me book. Then I asked for a refund bc she couldn’t make the time or today at all and her response was rude and she didn’t want to give my $90 back. And she said in text she couldn’t make it! I regret to share my negative experience with this hairstylist. The customer service was subpar from the start. She was unreceptive to suggestions and... often argumentative. My appointment was rescheduled one hour before the agreed time, and she insisted on a same-day consultation, showing a lack of respect for my time. The service quality was also very poor. Just two days after my hair braiding, it began to unravel drastically. I reached out to her professionally and kindly via text to seek advice, but her response was highly unprofessional and rude. Rather than providing any useful suggestions, she remarked that not everyone is meant to be her client. While she did offer a refund, it was never issued. My hair was done for a funeral, which she knew about, yet she displayed no empathy. My hair did not last a week, forcing me to seek another stylist and incur additional expenses. The fee was $200, with an added tip of $25. I also covered parking fees twice and drove her to purchase the hair that she originally claimed was already acquired. To make matters worse, she blocked the individual who referred me to her. I strongly advise against using this stylist's services . The lack of professionalism continues she advise me that I have to wait until she does her taxes to get my refund was prepared to move on when she offered the refund, but since it was never provided and she ignored my follow-up message, I feel compelled to share this review. Im sorry you were disappointed mam these are butterfly locs they're supposed to look like this you did mention you were going to Florida maybe you were to rough on the style writing this review wont hurt my business i refuse to argue with you and give you a full refund and i spent 150 on hair because you switched up the style at the last minute I will not feed your negativity 😇 customers like you have trouble finding a consistent stylist ... I spent 150 on hair because you are Extremely indecisive felt like i was walking on eggshells i told you i would refund you but not the entire amount of the appointment booked because i paid almost 150 on your hair . I dont have difficult clients at all i am recommend top stylist i wish you the best of luck
