I have never been so grateful to sit in someone’s chair. I’ve had really bad experiences with previous locticians. So, before I walked in the building..., I literally had to sit in my car & pray. I was so anxious! But, I have to share that the amount of peace I experienced when I sat down in her chair literally made me cry. Jay has such a gentle & kind spirit. Her skills are just as lovely as she is! I absolutely love my hair & I will not be going to anyone else outside of her. Trusting someone with your hair is serious business!
