It was my first, and last. Teresa was not polite, at all. I brought my own hair, and she charged me what she charges with hair included. She was pulli...ng, and tugging on my hair, and not one time ask me was I okay. But instead, she would take her hand and push my head closer towards her, why her daughter was pulling my hair on the other side. Once she finished, she didn't even ask me was I happy with my hair. Horrible service As I stated in the previous post, you where not polite, Also, my hair is longer then 4 inches. My hair texture is fine. You did not ask me anything, until the end, once I asked you the price. I was on the phone when you where doing my sister hair, and she told you I was bringing my own hair. So, your lying now. I wanted two tone color which I knew you didn't have. So at the end of the day, you should have stated that it would be the same price. Hell you didn't even take the courtesy to ask me was I pleased with my hair. So save your lies, I see others in your reviews stated that you didn't communicate. At the end of the day you should work on your customer service skills. This is your business learn to take constructive criticism. I didn't say anything about not liking my braids, my complaint is about your lack of consideration towards your patrons. I wish you well. Show more

Thanks for your review. I understand how you feel 😌. My service hair is included; if the client brings their own hair I will not change my price. And you didn't let me know that you are bringing your own hair. You felt that I was pulling your hair because it was to short not even 4 inch. I was asking you questions and you didn't responded after all. Not polite ??????? Your hair is not even midback; because you brought a 52" hair long; almost waist length. Even if I wanted to reduce the price, the amount would still be around the same because of the hair that you bought.
