I'm a client of this place, the ladies are very gentle and nice, but I'm not happy with my last manicure. I went on Saturday late afternoon, had an ap...pointment. They welcomed me although they were busy. They sat me and started taking my gel polish off. They foiled my nails with acetona after that the manicurist went to take other clients, so I was left there. My fingers starting to feel like if they were burning, I told one of the manicurists and then she started working on my hands. I wanted to take the gel polish off, I asked for a regular manicure. The lady did it, but they were busy, after she finish polishing my nails, she went to see another client. The lady left me with a fan to dry my nails, I wa sthere gor a while, waiting for them to come back, until I had to ask if my nails were ready and I could leave. The lady came and said my nails were ready. I did my manicure on Saturday late afternoon and my nails are all ruined, the polish is coming off, and the nails weren't dry enough so they are all damaged. I hope they could re-do my mani.
